My Approach to Tutoring:
I believe in making learning enjoyable, interactive, and tailored to each child's needs. My teaching methodology focuses on building a solid foundation while making lessons engaging and fun. I use a mix of visual aids, practical examples, and hands-on activities to keep the students interested and help them understand complex concepts in simple ways.
For younger kids, I often incorporate games, songs, and real-life examples to make maths more relatable and less intimidating. For older primary school children, I introduce more structured lessons, breaking down difficult topics step by step, ensuring they build confidence and mastery in the subject.
Typical Lesson Length: Each lesson typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the age and focus of the student. This duration allows enough time for explanation, practice, and any questions that may arise during the lesson.
Qualifications & Experience: I am an experienced tutor with several years of teaching maths to nursery and primary school children. Over the years, I’ve helped many students improve their problem-solving skills, gain a deeper understanding of maths, and develop a love for the subject.
