About Hannah
I am a fully qualified teacher of Mathematics with a PGCE from the University of York and have 4 years experience teaching in a mainstream secondary school. I have successfully taught and supported students across the whole spectrum of abilities and ages (year 7 up to and including GCSE exam classes at both higher and foundation level). My teaching is both supportive and engaging with an understanding that maths doesn't always come easy! Whether maths can be a struggle or you love it and want to achieve your best, I am here to help :)

Through my experience as a maths teacher I have developed a wealth of resources that allow me to teach to the current GCSE specification in a way that aims to ignite a love of maths and an appreciation for the wider applications of concepts in the real world. I offer a supportive approach to learning that first and foremost aims to build pupil's confidence in mathematics alongside familiarising them with exam material and techniques to ensure they are fully prepared for both the examination process and the world of mathematics we live in!
