Hi my name is Herman and I work full-time as an aircraft engineer with a passion for precision, problem-solving, and lifelong learning. With a strong background in engineering, I bring a practical, real-world approach to teaching mathematics — helping students understand not just how math works, but why it matters. In my engineering career, I work hands-on with complex systems that demand accuracy, logic, and a deep understanding of technical principles.
