About Akarsh
I am a 20-year-old Mathematics and AI undergraduate who is entering his final year and has a strong passion for helping others improve maths and enjoy it. I know it can be challenging but with the right approach and preparation anyone can improve and even develop a passion for it. I combine up-to-date academic knowledge with a friendly and relatable teaching style. I tailor my lessons to suit your needs and learning pace. I am reliable, patient and genuinely passionate about helping my students reach the next level. My goal is to help students not only get the best grades possible but to build confidence in mathematics in the long term.

I believe in giving as much exposure to practice and exam-style questions to students since this is the best way to enhance your skills as a mathematician. There will also be interactive quizzes in relation to a certain topic or module. Typical length of each lesson is 1 hour but flexible. Have mentored and tutored students in Mathematics in the past during school period and in the summer. Lessons are for mathematics students of all ages from 11 plus till A-level.

Akarsh has been helping me with GCSE Maths for a year now. He simplifies content that I had previously not understood and makes it digestible and much more easy to understand. He explains any queries that I have and helps me with tough exam questions that I used to dread doing. I am able to tackle exam questions with better technique with Akarsh’s help and when being taught by him, his experience, expertise and passion for the subject is always evident. I have gone from getting grade 5s to now achieving grade 9s, and I can certainly give Akarsh a lot of credit for this improvement. I would really recommend him as a tutor!
Akarsh is a wonderful tutor who not only covers content in such a way that I am well equipped for questions containing my syllabus, but is also incredibly approachable for any queries that I may have, making sure that I have full comprehensive knowledge with no doubt.
