My approach to tutoring is student-centred, structured, and focused on building strong foundational understanding. I believe Mathematics becomes easier when concepts are broken down clearly and explained step by step. I focus on identifying each student’s weaknesses and tailoring lessons to target those areas while reinforcing their strengths.
I use a combination of explanation, worked examples, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. I also include exam-style questions to improve confidence and technique. I encourage students to ask questions freely and develop logical thinking skills rather than just memorising formulae.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged if needed. Each lesson includes concept review, practice questions, and feedback.
I tutor GCSE and A-Level students, as well as secondary school learners who need support with core Mathematics topics. With a strong analytical background and experience supporting students academically, I aim to help learners improve their grades, confidence, and exam performance.
