About MARIA LEAHFAITH
Hello! I’m a licensed teacher who is passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in Math. I have 1 year of experience teaching arithmetic to American students online, where I supported learners in developing strong foundations in basic math skills.
I understand that every student learns differently, and Math can sometimes feel challenging or overwhelming. That’s why I always take a patient, supportive, and personalized approach—making sure each student feels comfortable, understood, and encouraged throughout the learning process.
I am organized, reliable, and committed to delivering clear and effective lessons. In my math lessons, I focus on helping students fully understand arithmetic concepts step by step, not just memorize answers. I also ask about your goals—whether it’s catching up in school, improving accuracy, or building confidence—so I can design lessons that truly match your needs and close the learning gap.
A typical lesson includes a short review, guided practice on key skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and problem-solving activities to apply what you’ve learned. I explain concepts in a clear and simple way, using examples that are easy to understand.
What sets me apart is my patient and supportive teaching style. I make sure students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My lessons are ideal for kids and beginners, especially those who need extra support or want to build a strong foundation in arithmetic.
