I always make sure to discuss a plan for improvement with both the student and their parent/guardian, and make sure the student has a thorough understanding of the logic and context involved in each subject.

My rates vary with subject level. Middle school level subjects usually range from $25-30/hr, while high school level ranges from $35-40/hr. Cancellations are free if done with at least 24 hour notice, and half an hour's rate if cancelled with less than 24 hours before the planned session.
