About Malik
I am a Java Consultant and Trainer/Coach at a large consultancy company.
I already have some experience as a developer, but I also have several years of experience as a Trainer/Coach.
Over the last 2 years I have mainly provided training/coaching to Belfius employees who are switching from Cobol to Java.
I currently still provide training/coaching at Belfius, but I am also part of their development team.

My experience as a Java Consultant and Trainer/Coach at Belfius (via Realdolmen) has taught me to help students with the problems they encounter.
My teaching method depends on the level of the student(s).
Together we look at the difficulties and work in a targeted manner.
For me, the goal of tutoring is to solve as many problems as possible for the students in as little time as possible.
