I’ve known Hanako-Sensei for quite some time. I tried other teachers, pricey programs and apps and none of them come close to the quality learning experience from Hanako-Sensei. She’s not just another native speaker, she actually studied for years how to be a teacher and is fact an actual Certified Teacher with the knowledge of how to teach material to students. Aside from the technical know-how, she’s so great to work with – lessons are actually fun and she teaches more than just the language but the culture also, which you can’t get just anywhere. She brings the lessons alive and in a way that somehow makes Japan feel closer and exciting, a place I want to go for the first time or return to again with improved language skills and put them to work. In my opinion Hanako-Sensei is among the best around and I’m so appreciative.
