I hold an active and unencumbered RN License. For the last 4 years, I have honed my skills as a critical care float nurse. My experience covers all major ICU units (SICU, BICU, CTICU, MICU). As a practicing ICU Registered Nurse with over 4 years of critical care experience, I focus on systems-level thinking. Understanding the core principle as a system allows any student to be able to solve problems, as well as anticipate them.
