About Adam

I am currently head of a health and wellbeing company which specialises in employee health and wellbeing. Alongside this I also work as a tutor and assessor delivering level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal training qualifications. I hold numerous higher education qualifications, numerous sporting qualifications and have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I also work as a Fitness Consultant helping UK known gym businesses and also local independently owned gyms / fitness studios improve their services and customer experiences.

About the lesson

As you can read from the above I hold huge experience in this sector. I tutor anyone studying in the range from P.E at GCSE level up to Level 3 Personal Training qualifications and anything in between. If you are unsure please feel free to enquire. Teaching methods range and are bespoke to the individual, the subject and the level they require.

I was really struggling with my Physical Education Theory - Adam was able to go through my problem areas in general and then the areas I struggled with the most in much more depth.
