About Shamsul
I am a health and social care professional with over eight years of international experience across rehabilitation, community health, disability inclusion, and programme management. I have worked directly with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams in complex and diverse settings, which has shaped my strong commitment to person-centred, ethical, and inclusive care.
I want to teach because I believe education has the power to transform practice and improve lives. My goal is to support future health and social care professionals to understand not only 'what' to do, but 'why' it matters. I am passionate about sharing real-world experience, encouraging critical thinking, and inspiring students to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that values dignity, equality, and inclusion for everyone.

My lesson brings health and social care to life by combining theory with real-world practice drawn from rehabilitation, community, and humanitarian settings. Learners explore person-centred care, safeguarding, equality and inclusion, ethical decision-making, and professional standards through case studies, reflective discussion, and practical scenarios, building the confidence, values, and skills needed to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care across diverse health and social care environments.
