About Ffion
I have been teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and Child Development since 2021 and currently work as a Head of Department. My experience in both classroom teaching and leadership has given me a strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and how to support students in achieving their full potential.
In addition to this, I am an examiner and moderator for an exam board which has given me valuable insight into how assessments are marked and what examiners look for in student responses. I use this knowledge to help students refine their exam techniques, structure coursework effectively, and meet assessment criteria with confidence.
