About Shivani
I am a musician and very passionate about music. Music is a lifelong journey and I am happy to take other students along with me to teach them all that I know.
I have been studying guitar for over 10 years and love teaching. I have a lot of experience teaching children and those with learning difficulties too. I am patient and understanding in all aspects of my life and I find that this translates well to teaching too.
In my free time I write and produce my own music, and have a lot of fun with the process.

About the lesson

My lessons are for those at beginner level, children, or those wanting to brush up on their skills after time away in a patient and judgement free environment.
I start my teaching right at the beginning, and go through learning a variety of techniques such as beginner chords, intervals, learning to read tabulature, fingerpicking, how identity the key of a song and play along, amongst many others skills too.
I do not offer grade training and prefer to focus on mastering basic skills and working on a healthy and disciplined attitude towards constantly improving at your craft.
I will help you keep on track with pieces and projects we are working on together, and help guide you through any difficulties you face on your learning journey.
I offer to teach all ages and have experience teaching those with learning difficulties so am happy to do that too.
