About Fia
I am a passionate guitar tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My approach focuses on personalised learning, tailoring each lesson to the student's skill level and musical interests. I aim to create a supportive environment where students can build both technical ability and musical confidence. With expertise in various guitar styles, I strive to inspire a love for music and help students achieve their goals, whether it's mastering techniques or preparing for performances.

My teaching style for guitar is centred around making lessons practical and engaging. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students relate to the music they love, making learning more relevant and enjoyable. Collaboration is key—whether it's through jam sessions or group learning, I encourage students to interact and share their progress. I also prioritise empathy, understanding each student's unique learning pace and challenges. In addition to guitar, I can teach related subjects to ensure a well-rounded musical education. This approach fosters both skill development and a love for music.
