About Tanzim
I am a medical student with experience in tutoring. Have three years' experience in tutoring. I have also worked as a teaching assistant in a school. I have previously done face-to-face tutoring and am currently tutoring a student online in GCSE maths and physics. I have a passion for maths and I try to make learning as fun as possible so that my students can share the same passion for learning. I have worked with all kinds of students and know how to increase their confidence in the subject I am tutoring, I do this by working on their weaknesses and making sure they are comfortable and happy at all times. I make sure my students aren’t afraid of asking questions so they can achieve the grades they deserve.

My teaching method is summed up in three words. Practice, practice and practice. I encourage my students to do as many questions as they can and make mistakes which we can go through together and rectify. I find this is the best way of learning rather than just passively listening to someone talk at you for one hour straight. I encourage my students to talk and to tell me if they don’t understand something, asking questions is the easiest way to learn. However the most important thing to me is making my lessons enjoyable and keeping students on their toes, stretching them and making sure they aren’t afraid of a challenge.
