About Andy
Hi. My name is Andy Coyne. I am a Personal Trainer, based in South Liverpool where I live with my wife, two young sons and two labradors. I have been involved in sports coaching for many years. My fitness background began when I took up rowing in 2006 at Mersey Rowing Club in Liverpool, where I now also volunteer as a British Rowing coach. From there I took up running and cycling for cross training, which eventually became competitive through triathlons. Ultimately, I trained for and completed my first Ironman at Bolton in 2018. I also enjoy strength & conditioning, yoga and trail running.
I love the feeling that comes from knowing I'm helping other people achieve their goals.
