About Colette
I am an enthusiastic French tutor with 10 years of experience teaching students from beginner to advanced levels, having worked with approximately 150–200 learners. My teaching approach emphasises personalised learning, ensuring that each lesson is designed according to the student’s goals and preferred learning style.
I focus on building strong communication skills supported by a solid foundation in grammar and vocabulary. Through interactive lessons and real-life applications, I help students use French confidently in everyday situations.
I am committed to creating a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow. My goal is to make French learning both effective and enjoyable.

I use empathy and compassion to encourage students and build their confidence. Communication is a key focus, with regular practice in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Collaboration is incorporated through interactive activities such as role-plays and discussions.
I also include relevant subjects like grammar and cultural understanding to help students develop a complete and practical command of the language.
