About Ilan
My name is Ilan, a 20-year-old semi-pro footballer & coach from Australia with experience in Europe, Canada & New Zealand. My football journey has included time with Brisbane Roar, Vancouver Whitecaps and top-level football in Australia & New Zealand.
Alongside playing, I founded IMS Performance Football, where I work with ambitious young players looking to improve outside of their team training.
I'm passionate about helping young players build confidence, understand the game better and develop habits that genuinely transfer into matches.

Sessions can focus on technical development, position-specific work, game understanding & confidence building.
