Who I Am I am an experienced Agile Project Manager and Commodity/FX/Stock Trader with a passion for helping individuals and teams succeed in complex environments. With a strong background in modern methodologies, systems and hands-on expertise in technologies—I have spent my career driving projects to successful completion while refining trading techniques. Why I Want to Teach Teaching is my way of giving back and empowering others to unlock their potential in Agile project management or financial markets. I want to share the knowledge and tools that have helped me succeed, enabling students to confidently navigate the complexities of today's environments. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise in Agile project management, specialising in SCRUM methodologies. My proficiency in the Atlassian toolset—including Jira, Confluence, Atlas, and Product Discovery—has enabled me to drive project success by streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes. My approach focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to align project execution with strategic objectives. Students working with me will gain: - A deep understanding of Agile principles and SCRUM methodologies. - Hands-on experience using Atlassian tools, such as Jira for agile delivery management, Confluence for online documentation, Atlas for goal setting & team alignment, and Product Discovery for product management, road mapping & prioritising impactful ideas. - Practical skills in planning sprints, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and managing product/sprint backlogs. - Insights into fostering team collaboration and solving real-world product delivery/project challenges. - Strategies for aligning product/project goals with organisational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. - Whether you're new to Agile or looking to deepen your knowledge, I offer a practical, results-oriented approach to mastering Agile project management. Additionally, I offer coaching in commodity, FX, and stock trading, with a focus on trading strategies, technical analysis, entry and exit techniques, and market insights. I provide hands-on guidance using industry-leading platforms such as TradingView, IG ProRealTime, and MetaTrader, helping students develop practical skills to trade the financial markets with confidence.
