About Luke
Luke Seomore is an award winning filmmaker. His films have explored hidden lives on the edges of British society. Luke works across fiction and documentary.
His debut fiction feature, BLOOD CELLS, premiered at Venice in 2014. A striking, heartfelt film which offers a distinctive look at contemporary Britain, the film stars Barry Ward and Hayley Squires. Picturehouse released the film, following its UK premiere at the Edinburgh Film Festival.
Luke previous film, the feature documentary ISOLATION (about the experience of ex-soldiers, seen through the eyes of ex paratrooper turned photographer, Stuart Griffiths), premiered at Edinburgh and was described by the Guardian as "a beautifully attuned piece of work".
