About Micheal-Mario
I am an FAA-certified CFI and CFII with experience working with students across all stages of flight training. I take a professional, organized approach to tutoring and focus on helping students build true understanding and confidence, not just pass an exam. My goal is to create a structured, supportive learning environment where expectations are clear and progress is measurable. I take pride in being prepared, punctual, and committed to each student’s success, whether they are preparing for a stage check, a checkride, or strengthening foundational knowledge.

I tailor each lesson to the student’s certificate level, experience, and specific goals, whether that’s a stage check, checkride, or mastering a difficult topic. My teaching approach is structured and scenario-based, focusing on understanding concepts rather than memorization.
A typical lesson starts by identifying weak areas, followed by guided discussion, real-world scenarios, and practical application using FAA standards and ACS guidance. I emphasize decision-making, risk management, and how examiners expect answers to be explained.
What sets me apart is my ability to break down complex topics into clear, logical steps and relate them to real cockpit situations. Lessons are for student pilots through commercial and instrument students at any stage of training.
