About Unoma
I am a patient, caring, and experienced English tutor with a strong background in Early Years childcare and education. I enjoy helping young children build confidence in reading, phonics, spelling, vocabulary, handwriting, sentence formation, and speaking. My experience as a childcare practitioner, training coordinator, and online tutor with LOOMI has helped me understand how to teach children in a simple, creative, and encouraging way.
I love teaching because I enjoy seeing children grow from being unsure to becoming confident learners. I believe every child learns differently, so I use patience, repetition, stories, games, pictures, and age-appropriate activities to make lessons enjoyable and easy to understand. My goal is to help children develop a strong foundation in English while also building their confidence and love for learning.

I teach English in a warm, patient, and child-friendly way, especially for young learners who need support with phonics, reading, spelling, vocabulary, sentence formation, handwriting, and speaking confidence. My lessons are interactive and age-appropriate, using stories, pictures, games, repetition, questions, and simple examples to help children understand and enjoy learning.
A typical lesson lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the child’s age, attention span, and learning needs. I have experience in Early Years childcare and education, as well as online tutoring with LOOMI, where I support children in English and basic learning skills.
My lessons are suitable for children from ages 0–8, including preschool, nursery, and lower primary learners who need a strong foundation in English.
