About Hailey
Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m passionate about helping students gain confidence and skill in every aspect of English—whether it’s mastering grammar, improving reading comprehension, preparing for the SAT, or fine-tuning writing through proofreading. I’ve worked with learners of all levels, from middle school through college, and I know how to make lessons both clear and engaging. I bring patience, encouragement, and structure to every session. My focus is on making sure you truly understand the material and can apply it independently. Every lesson is built around the learner’s age, goals, and preferred way of learning. For early learners, that might mean fun, interactive activities like phonics games, story time, and vocabulary building. For older students, it could be grammar drills, SAT reading practice, proofreading exercises, or deep-dive reading analysis. For adults, we might focus on professional communication, writing clarity, or advanced grammar.
Sessions start with a warm-up to get you focused, move into targeted skill-building activities, and end with a quick review to lock in what you’ve learned. I make sure lessons are clear, engaging, and adaptable, so you always feel supported and challenged at the right level. Optional practice materials are available for those who want to keep building skills between sessions.
I’m happy to work with all learners—from the youngest beginner to the seasoned professional—on reading, writing, grammar, proofreading, and SAT prep.
