About Shilpa

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner's pace, goals, and learning style. My classes are interactive, student-centered, and focused on building confidence through concept clarity and regular practice rather than rote learning.
A typical class begins with a quick revision of the previous lesson, followed by the introduction of a new concept using simple explanations and practical examples. Students then practice through guided exercises, worksheets, conversations, activities, or role plays, depending on the subject. Each class ends with a recap, doubt clearing, and constructive feedback to monitor progress.
With 25 years of teaching experience, I create a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I use real-life examples, customized lesson plans, and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable and effective.
My classes are suitable for Pre primary and primary school students (Grades 1 to 5) who want to strengthen their English grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills, as well as adults who wish to improve their spoken English, communication skills, pronunciation, and confidence for everyday conversations, interviews, or professional growth.
