I am a supportive, calm presence who is encouraging and allows all students to see their abilities in English.
I have devised a series of methods that are used to help students grow in confidence and understanding.
My experience allows me to work with students of all abilities and backgrounds, working together to achieve success.

My lessons are engaging, but practical. I have the experience to know student levels and abilities - I can tailor learning immediately to student confidence and familiarity.
I can offer specialised curriculum learning, drawing heavily on my own curriculum background and curriculum design (top 1% nationally for language students grade 7+ and top 2+ nationally for students grade 7+ last year). But I can also supplement current understanding and allow students to enhance the skills that are being built in class.
I firmly believe that the tutor's role is to support current learning and supplement classroom learning.
I have primarily taught 11-16 but can teach A-Level.
