About Alex
I am a 1st class graduate in politics and international relations from Oxford Brookes University, going on to study at St Andrews for postgraduate. I have worked as an English teacher in Chile in a high school for ages from 9 to 19 years old. Not only am I experienced with teaching beginner English, I also happen to enjoy taking apart and working on your essays. For many years I struggled myself, until eventually it just clicked. I am here to help you get to that stage too.

My classes are always based on what you tell me you're looking for. If you want beginners English, we can begin with more conversational basics and work our way to more complicated grammar. If you want me to be brutal in helping you with your essay, I will provide tough critiques on how to improve it. If you want help motivating your self with English writing, I can provide constructive criticism to push you. It's down to you :).

An incredible tutor. Alex has provided support and guidance to me throughout my three years at university. His calm and composed nature really allows me to get to grips with whatever it is he may be teaching me.
