About Philip
I am a qualified and experienced English language teacher and I have taught in a language school in Greece, in Primary and Secondary schools in the UK as well as adult training. I have worked one-to-one in person and online and I am passionate about language. I have a First class BA in English Language and Literature as well as studies in Educational Psychology and a Diploma in Translation from Greek to English.

I assess the needs of my students and provide them with the activities and exercises that they require to achieve their goals. I believe in a strong grounding in the basics supplemented by fun activities and a balance of skills including reading, writing, speaking and listening. I use realia, pictures, sound files including songs, videos and games as well as more traditional grammar exercises.
