About Ridhima
I am a passionate and dedicated high school tutor whose goal is to help students succeed and reach their potential in Math and English. With prior work and tutoring experience at the center Kumon, I have experience working with all ages of children and tricks to reward them and motivate the students. I am dedicated to ensuring the students develop their critical thinking skills, build their confidence, and succeed academically.

My mentoring offers a tailored approach to the student's learning needs, ensuring that they grasp concepts effectively and build a strong foundation for success. Whether they are struggling with math, English, or aiming for top grades, I'm here to guide them every step of the way. My teaching method first consists of assessing the student's struggles and creating a firm foundation of lessons that help target these areas. A typical lesson plan would include a daily agenda, an introduction to the topic, the lesson, and then practice. Lastly, I will assign them corresponding homework and guide them through it, preferably with minimal interference, for the remaining time. These lessons are best suited for students from grades K-8th grade. What sets me apart as a tutor is my prior experience with tutoring and working with children. I know many tips and tricks that help the student's efficiency and motivation and am passionate about creating an engaging environment to learn. I am dedicated to becoming a supportive mentor in which the student feels comfortable participating and making mistakes to learn in front of.
