About Merie Claire
Hello! I'm Merie Claire, a Computer Engineering graduate with over two years of experience teaching English and Mathematics to students of different ages and skill levels. I am passionate about helping learners achieve their academic and personal goals by creating lessons that are engaging, practical, and easy to understand.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and student-centered. I believe every learner has the potential to succeed when given the right guidance and support. I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to match their goals, learning style, and current level. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation through clear explanations, interactive discussions, guided practice, and regular feedback. I encourage students to ask questions and develop confidence while learning.
A typical lesson begins with a review of previous topics, followed by new concepts explained in a simple and practical way. We then work through examples together before practicing with exercises to reinforce understanding. I also provide tips and strategies that students can apply independently.
With over two years of teaching experience and a background in Computer Engineering, I can simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons. I teach English and Math to elementary, high school, college, and adult learners, whether they need help with academics, exam preparation, improving communication skills, or strengthening their problem-solving abilities. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and excited to achieve their full potential.
