Firstly, I get to know my students which is important and understand their individual learning style. I implore auditory or visual methods because some students learn best through these methods, while others may be more tactile or kinesthetic learners. I Tailor my approach to the student's individual learning style in order to help them retain information more effectively. Secondly, I create a positive learning environment, which can be achieved by establishing clear expectations and rules, being patient and encouraging, and creating a comfortable and distraction-free environment.

I recommend her because she's a lady with integrity; she's taught in our school before for many years. She's an intelligent and brilliant lady.
I'm glad the students will get to meet Confidence. I have known her for so long and I can attest to the fact that she is a master in the use of English. One thing to look out for in Confidence is her empathy while teaching - you'll be very sure she wants you to understand what she's trying to communicate at that moment.
