About Ania
I hold a first class degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, and have 5 years worth of tutoring experience, specialising in Maths up to A-Level, however I am also able to tutor Physics and Chemistry up to GCSE.
My tutoring approach is to start at the very beginning of the problem, breaking it down and ensuring the foundations are properly laid before building it up, to identify which area is causing problems. It is often a minor step which has been missed and needs explaining for the principle to 'click'. In my lessons, no question is a silly question.
I am very friendly and approachable, and try to make my students engaged throughout the lesson. I believe every student is capable of achieving great results with the right support. My students regularly improve by 2 grade boundaries, whilst feeling more confident in their own abilities.

In my tailored but engaging approach, I like to start at the beginning of each problem to ensure my students understand the entire process and can replicate it for themselves. I give regular progress tests and revision sessions allowing progress to be clearly monitored and motivates my students.
