My Teaching Approach & Methodology
Hi, I'm Anushil, and my goal is to transform mathematics from a frustrating puzzle into a logical, manageable discipline. I believe that anyone can excel at math when it is taught through patience, clear visualization, and structured logic.
My Techniques & Teaching Methodology
I don't believe in rote memorization. Instead, I use a conceptual and structural approach:
The "Why" Before the "How": Before we solve a formula in Algebra or Trigonometry, I explain why it works. Understanding the logic makes it much easier to remember during exams.
Visual Learning: For Geometry and Trigonometry, I use interactive graphs and visual breakdowns to help you see the math rather than just reading it off a page.
Scaffolded Problem Solving: We start with simple, foundational problems to build your confidence, then gradually layer on complexity until you are solving exam-level questions independently.
Active Recall & Revision: Every lesson begins with a quick 5-minute review of the previous session to ensure the knowledge has actually stuck.
Typical Lesson Length
My standard lessons are 60 minutes long, which is the perfect sweet spot for maintaining high focus without cognitive fatigue. However, for advanced logic topics or intensive exam preparation, I also offer 90-minute sessions upon request.
