About Emily
I am an experienced educator with 13 years of teaching and instructional coaching in elementary schools. I graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and later earned a master’s degree in Technology and Learning in Elementary Education. I have spent my career teaching early elementary grades and have had many years of success helping young children learn to read, write, and build strong foundational math skills that set them up for long-term success. I’m passionate about helping students grow with confidence and discover what they’re capable of. My approach is warm, patient, and structured, and I specialize in breaking down skills into clear, manageable steps while keeping learning engaging and encouraging. Families can count on my professionalism, consistency, and deep instructional expertise. I’m committed to helping every learner make meaningful progress and feel proud of their achievements along the way.

I bring 13 years of experience as an elementary teacher and instructional coach, giving me a deep understanding of how children learn and how to tailor instruction for every student.
