About Adekemi
Hello, my name is Adekemi, and I am a passionate Early Years Educator and Phonics Specialist dedicated to helping children become confident, fluent readers.
My journey into teaching began with a deep desire to make learning meaningful and accessible for every child. Over time, I discovered that many children struggle with reading not because they lack ability, but because they are not taught in a way that truly supports how they learn. This realization shaped my commitment to structured phonics instruction and child-centered teaching.
I find great joy in seeing children grow in confidence, move past frustration, and begin to enjoy reading. For me, teaching is not just a profession—it is a purpose.
I also enjoy supporting parents and teachers with practical strategies that make learning more effective and engaging.
My goal is simple: to help every child I work with unlock their potential and develop a lifelong love for learning.

My goal is to help every child move from uncertainty to confidence—becoming a fluent, independent reader and speaker.
