About Ini

As a drummer with over 8 years of experience and a Grade 8 certification at 14, I’ve had the privilege of performing in renowned venues like the Royal Albert Hall and competing in numerous solo and group competitions. I’m passionate about drumming because of the incredible joy it brings—not just for me, but for others as well.

My journey as a teacher began by helping fellow students at my school and assisting with teaching at my previous drum school. I found that sharing what I love with others is just as fulfilling as playing on stage. It’s that same passion that drives me to teach and help you unlock your potential behind the drum kit.

I’m not here to sell you something that isn’t genuine—I'm here to offer real, hands-on experience and guidance in a fun, supportive way. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I’m committed to making sure you enjoy every step of the process and feel confident with your progress.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is all about building a strong foundation while making learning fun and personalized. I focus on essential techniques like hand and foot coordination, rhythm patterns, and music reading, but I also encourage creativity and expression. Each lesson is tailored to your pace and goals, whether you're learning for fun or aiming to improve seriously.

I believe in setting small, achievable goals so you can track your progress and feel motivated. With my experience as a performer and teacher, I create a supportive environment where you can build confidence and develop your own style as a drummer. Every lesson is designed to help you grow and enjoy the journey.

When being taught by Ini one thing that stood out was his ability to adapt to all skill levels. His ability to break things down and teach with simplicity has really helped me. This shines through his character as he always aims to include and check on everyone around him.
