Hello! I am Jagriti, and I am fully committed to guiding you safely and joyfully through your fitness journey. Taking that very first step into a dance or fitness class takes courage. I want you to know that the moment you join my class, you are in highly trained, capable, and professional hands. Paced exactly for you: I carefully monitor the room to ensure you are energized, never overwhelmed or exhausted.
Official licensed Zumba Instructor: Fully authorized to teach standard Zumba and specialized Zumba Gold formats.

My name is Jagriti, and my teaching approach focuses on making fitness accessible, joyful, and deeply personal. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all workout. I meet you exactly where you are today. I adapt complex choreographies into simple, repeatable patterns. This allows you to focus on the joy of movement rather than worrying about the steps.
