About Renata

Hi! My name is Renata, and I am a former travel writer with a passion for languages, communication, and discovering different cultures. I have experience teaching English and French, and for over five years, I have also been teaching Croatian online to students from different backgrounds and with different learning goals.

My experience as a travel writer has given me a deep appreciation for the way language connects people and opens doors to new experiences. I believe that learning a language is about much more than grammar and vocabulary; it is also about understanding culture, sharing stories, and building meaningful connections with others.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading, gardening, listening to music, traveling, and exploring new interests. I love learning new things and believe that curiosity makes life richer, both inside and outside the classroom.

As a teacher, I am patient, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping others learn. I enjoy getting to know my students, discovering their interests, and creating lessons that feel natural, engaging, and relevant to their lives.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching Croatian is based on each student's individual needs, goals, and level of proficiency. I have over five years of experience teaching Croatian online, and I enjoy helping students gain confidence and use the language naturally in everyday situations.

My lessons combine clear grammar explanations, practical exercises, and conversation practice to help students develop their language skills step by step. I pay particular attention to grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and natural communication.

Each lesson is tailored to your specific needs and learning goals. Depending on what you would like to achieve, we can focus on grammar, everyday conversations, improving comprehension, or building on your existing knowledge. Lessons may include clear explanations, real-life examples, interactive speaking activities, and practical exercises that help you apply what you have learned.

I teach students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. Whether you want to learn Croatian from scratch, improve your grammar, communicate more easily with family and friends, or feel more confident speaking Croatian in everyday situations, I am here to help.
