I first started lessons with Gokben simply out of curiosity, wanting to learn the basics of web design as a hobby in a course in Bornova Adult Education Center. Over the course of a year, she taught me HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL in a way that made everything clear, logical, and exciting. What began as a casual interest quickly grew into a genuine passion, thanks to her ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and motivating way.
Her guidance encouraged me to completely change my career direction. Not long after finishing our lessons, I successfully passed a technical interview and joined the Google Solution Center, where I have now been working for the past five years. Looking back, I can confidently say that without her teaching and mentorship, I would never have taken this path.

I started coding lessons with Gokben when I was 12 years old, and I am now a second-year Electrical Engineering student. Her lessons not only gave me strong technical skills but also inspired me to choose my career path. I have never felt bored in her classes, which is why I continued learning with her for so many years.
Currently, we are even working together on a TÜBİTAK project to design a piece of wearable technology that measures static electricity in the human body and uses woollen fabrics to release it. Having her as a teacher has been one of the most influential experiences in my life. She has now become more like a mentor and even a friend, and I truly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn coding in an inspiring way.

My son, who is now 12 years old, had robotics and coding lessons with Gokben for three years. He has always loved Lego, and her lessons gave him the chance to turn that passion into something creative and meaningful. He joined every class with great enthusiasm and, over time, I saw his confidence, self-expression, and creativity grow enormously. His maths skills also improved, and he began to approach problem-solving with much more ease.
Thanks to Gokben’s guidance, he now designs and develops his own projects independently from start to finish. Even though the lessons stopped when she moved away, he still continues learning because she gave him such a strong foundation. I can honestly say she has had a lasting impact on his education, and I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a tutor who inspires children to achieve their full potential.
