About Komal
I approach teaching Chemistry with a methodology centered around four core principles: Accountability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, and Integrity, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive learning experience.
I prioritize Accountability by fostering a learning environment where students actively engage in their progress. I encourage goal-setting, regular check-ins, and open communication to ensure students stay on track and take responsibility for their own learning.
Problem-solving is at the heart of my approach. I guide students through complex concepts by emphasizing real-world applications and critical thinking. By breaking down challenging topics and working through exercises, I help students gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities and deepen their understanding.
Creativity plays a key role in making abstract ideas more tangible. I incorporate visual aids, interactive examples, and even simple experiments to make Chemistry more relatable and engaging, fostering a deeper connection with the subject.
Finally, I place great importance on Integrity in all my interactions. I strive to build trust with students through constructive feedback, honest communication, and creating an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.
