About Cj
I am an internationally certified coach and author, specializing in helping individuals deal with overthinking, mental overload, and confusion in important life decisions.
Along with my work as a coach, my background in corporate environments such as Tata Consultancy Services, combined with an MBA in Finance and engineering training, allows me to bring a structured, practical, and real-world approach to understanding how people think and make decisions.
I typically work with individuals who are capable externally but internally feel stuck, mentally tired, or unclear. My approach is not based on motivation or surface-level advice. Instead, I focus on helping you understand your patterns, reduce mental noise, and build clarity that stays beyond the session.

My approach is structured and focused on helping you understand how your thinking works, rather than giving temporary advice or motivation. Each session begins by identifying the exact source of mental overload, followed by breaking it down into clear and manageable parts.
We then work step-by-step to reduce confusion, organize your thoughts, and build a more stable way of thinking and responding. The sessions are interactive and focused on real-life situations you are currently facing.
