About Tejesh
Hi, I’m Tejesh, a trained musician and educator with a strong foundation in String Instruments, Indian classical music and hands-on experience teaching Western music styles.
I hold a formal degree in music, education & certification from Berklee College of Music and University of Edinburgh and experience as a Guitar Tutor and have worked extensively as a music teacher, helping students build solid fundamentals, musical discipline, and confidence in their art. Alongside my teaching journey, I’ve also trained and taught various musical art forms, which allows me to guide students with a broader musical perspective and adaptability across styles.
My teaching approach is structured yet flexible. I focus on clear technique, understanding of music theory, and steady progress, while tailoring lessons to each student’s pace, goals, and learning style. Whether a student is learning music seriously or exploring it with curiosity, I ensure the process stays engaging, supportive, and goal-oriented.
In addition to teaching, I work closely with educators as a Teacher Success Manager, where I’m involved in curriculum development, lesson structuring, and mentoring teachers. This experience has sharpened my understanding of how students learn best and how to design lessons that actually work in real-world learning environments.

I have been learning music for more than 2 years, and this is the first time I feel that I am really learning music. Highly Recommended!! I’ve been learning guitar with him for a while now, and the difference in my playing is very clear. He explains concepts patiently and makes sure I actually understand, not just copy shapes or songs. Classes are structured but still fun, and he always adapts lessons based on my progress.
