Hello! My name is Salma, a native Arabic speaker from Morocco, currently studying and living in Shanghai. I’m fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and I have experience teaching children and adults both in schools and online.
My Teaching Method and Techniques:
My teaching style is student-centered and flexible. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where my students feel confident to speak and make mistakes—that’s how real learning happens! I use a mix of:
• Interactive conversation practice
• Visual materials (PDFs, images, videos, games)
• Customized exercises based on your goals (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation)
• Real-life examples and cultural context to bring the language to life
I adjust my methods depending on your learning style—whether you’re a visual, auditory, or hands-on learner.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
1. Quick warm-up (small talk or revision from last class)
2. New topic introduction (e.g. grammar rule, new vocabulary, cultural phrase)
3. Guided practice (speaking, reading, writing, listening)
4. Fun activities or role-play
5. Recap + Homework or optional challenge for next time
Every lesson is tailored to your level and needs, and I always check in with you about your progress and preferences.
What Sets Me Apart:
• I’m a native speaker with multilingual fluency, so I can explain Arabic in English or French for better understanding
• I’m patient, encouraging, and truly care about your progress
• I understand cultural differences and can adjust my lessons to your background
• I bring positive energy to every lesson—we’ll have fun while learning!
Who My Lessons Are For:
• Beginners to intermediate learners
• Kids, teenagers, and adults
• Students who want to learn Modern Standard Arabic, Moroccan dialect (Darija), or Qur’an reading
• Those preparing for exams, travel, or daily conversations
• Learners who want to build confidence in speaking Arabic.
Let’s make Arabic a language you enjoy learning. Book your first free lesson, and I’ll help you reach your goals step by step :)
