I had the opportunity to co-teach third grade with Paula beginning in 2023. From the very beginning, it was clear that Paula is an exceptional educator whose warmth, dedication, and professionalism make her a true asset to any school community.

Paula brings a contagious positivity to every room she enters—always warm, welcoming, and wearing a bright smile that instantly puts students and colleagues at ease. Her passion for teaching shines through in everything she does.

She is ambitious, hard-working, highly organized, and deeply knowledgeable in her content areas. Her classroom is a space where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. She consistently puts students’ needs above all else and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel seen, heard, and valued.

I think Paula is a trustworthy teacher because she consistently shows fairness and honesty with her students. She listens carefully to their concerns, keeps her promises, and maintains confidentiality when needed. Paula also leads by example, showing integrity in her actions and treating everyone with respect.
