My name is Liliana, and I’m a reliable, patient, and dedicated tutor who truly enjoys working with kids. With years of babysitting experience and time spent volunteering I’ve developed strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with young learners. As a tutor, I focus on patience, encouragement, and adapting each session to fit the student’s individual learning style. I believe in creating a positive and fun environment where kids feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes—it’s all part of the learning process!
A typical lesson with me starts with a quick review of what we worked on last time, followed by a warm-up activity to get the brain going. Then, we move into the main skill or topic of the day, using visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive tasks to keep things interesting. I always end with a short game or challenge to reinforce what we learned and build confidence.
What sets me apart is my experience working with kids through both babysitting and school volunteer programs. I know how to keep them engaged and motivated, even when the subject gets tricky. I’m friendly, understanding, and always ready to adjust the pace based on what the child needs.
