About Leanna
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and have been teaching since 2012. I have worked with students of all backgrounds and abilities, have practiced and trained all over the world, have my bachelors degree in health and wellness, and am an experienced Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, as well as an ISSA certified personal trainer. I love helping students progress in their yoga journeys.

My philosophy through the practice of yoga is very simple, as yoga can heal the body by healing the mind. Students will grow stronger, more flexible, and more resilient in their lives. The gift and power of yoga is phenomenal, and has many benefits, ranging from those who are injured, or limited in their abilities, to those who are simply seeking an escape from the struggles and difficulties in their life.
