About Keir
I am an experienced professional with a background in leadership and operations, combined with lived experience of ADHD. I know first-hand the challenges that come with focus, organisation, and confidence, and I use that understanding to support others. I believe everyone deserves strategies that work for them, not generic advice. How many planners and diaries have we opened, written one page and forgotten about? They don't work. My approach is supportive, practical, and honest, giving you space to learn new ways of managing life while building on your own strengths.

Drawing on lived experience, I have a unique ability to translate the challenges and 'superpowers' of ADHD to give practical support, structure, and encouragement for adults looking to improve focus, balance, and confidence. I use simple tools, lived experience, and flexible coaching methods that adapt to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. Sessions usually last 60 minutes and can be tailored for people who want ongoing guidance or short-term support around goals, routines, or challenges with ADHD. I focus on creating a safe, relaxed space where you can talk openly (to someone who actually gets it) and leave with clear steps to try in your daily life. These are best for adults who are pre-diagnosis, recently diagnosed or wondering whether they or a family or friend may be experiencing challenges.
