An “evaluation” of the stufent is needed - this is informal and mainly down to observing how someone approaches a problem or simply retaining knowledge. Once these areas have been identified we can then progress to practice and/or habitual application

Stephen is super fun when tutoring, never a dull moment. He keeps things simple and easy to understand and if you don’t understand something he really focuses on getting you to properly work through it.
