I know Katie because she is married to my nephew. She is a young, friendly, bubbly, energetic person who loves to cook. She teaches patiently and step-by-step, and is accommodating to people of all ages and backgrounds. Although her cooking style originated in Italian cuisine, she loves to branch out to other ethnicities, being unafraid to tackle difficult recipes. She has prepared family meals and catered for weddings. She loves to cook for groups. I think anyone would enjoy learning from Katie. She makes cooking fun.

As Katie’s husband, I have been able to experience the amazing dishes Katie has made over the years! It has also been fun to assist her with some weddings that she has catered and to see everyone enjoying her menu.
