About Max
I'm a Life Coach, a Health Coach and a language teacher. Since 1996 I have been studying and practicing the eastern and western traditions of inner knowledge, philosophy, Buddhist meditation, naturopathy and Self-Healing. I am also a Naturopathy practitioner and the author of complementary medicine and Self-Help books.

I offer Existential Life Coaching sessions based method on the Seven Laws of Reality and Being which can be considered as the essential principles of all the western and eastern spiritual, philosophical, and ontological traditions which can be employed in order to cope with the fundamental suffering of existence, Existential Life Coaching focuses on helping individuals explore meaning, freedom, and responsibility in their lives, it doesn't provide pre-fixed answers but helps the individual explore their own answers and their own path to freedom from disturbing emotions. It also incorporates the basic healing principles of Naturopathy for healing without side effects.

I also offer a 30 minutes session for the price of 30 £, if the system doesn't allow to pay for a 30 min session you can pay for an hour and split in 2 sessions.
